Who we are
International Removal is a UK-registered international removals firm. Quote requests submitted through this site are processed by the team responsible for your destination.
What we collect
Information you submit through the quote form: name, contact details, pickup address in the UK, destination address, intended dates, notes about your move. Information you send by email or share during a survey: equivalent move details, plus documentation we ask for to file customs paperwork.
How we use it
To prepare a written quote, route the brief, run the move, file the customs paperwork, and stay in contact with you about your specific job. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing. We share the minimum required information with HMRC and the destination-country customs authorities.
Cookies and analytics
Minimal first-party cookies for essential function; analytics cookies only with your consent.
Retention
Quote requests we don't progress are retained for a reasonable period and then deleted. Records of completed moves are retained as long as required for customs, accounting, and insurance audit purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to the information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, or to ask us to delete it (subject to our regulatory retention obligations). Write to help@international-removal.co.uk to make a request.
