Spain is the busiest corridor for retirement and second-home moves. The eastern route via Lyon and the Mediterranean is what we run weekly; the western Atlantic route serves the Costa de la Luz and inland Andalucía.
Paperwork is NIE first, padrón second. Customs are cleared at La Junquera or at Irún depending on entry point. The destination network covers all costas, the Balearics, and inland.

- Empadronamiento certificate. Required for healthcare and many utilities. Apply at the destination ayuntamiento within thirty days of moving in. We time delivery to align.
- EORI number · UK economic operator registration
- Free from HMRC. Filed on your behalf.
- ToR1 declaration · Transfer of residence relief
- Duty-free relief for household goods owned over six months.
