Practically yes for almost everything that comes after. Apply at the Spanish consulate in London before you fly. We do not hold the move on your NIE; we hold it on your padrón window.
Your registration with the local town hall. Required for the Spanish healthcare card and most utility connections. Apply within thirty days of moving in.
The destination team measures the lift at survey-handoff and books a furniture-mover slot with the comunidad. If anything will not fit, we hoist it from the calle.
